Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

The short version: Velox keeps no logs of what you do online, and we never sell, rent, use, or disclose your data to anyone. We can't — we don't collect it.

What we do not collect

Velox is a privacy tool, so we are built to know as little as possible. We do not collect or store:

What we do collect

To keep the service reliable and fast, we collect a minimal amount of anonymous, aggregate diagnostics that are never linked to your identity or your activity:

This is used only to measure reliability and speed in aggregate. It is sampled and anonymised by design, and it never includes destinations, content, or per-user activity.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card or billing details; Apple handles them under its own terms.

No selling, no sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for any purpose. We have no advertising SDKs in the VPN data path.

Lawful requests

Because we keep no activity logs, there is generally nothing to produce in response to a request about your usage. Where we are legally compelled and able to respond, we assess each request for lawfulness and respond narrowly. Velox is country-neutral and pro-open-internet; you are responsible for compliance with your own local laws.

Data retention

We retain only aggregate, anonymised metrics. We do not retain per-user activity, because we never collect it.

Children

Velox is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date.
