Velox is a privacy and connectivity tool that encrypts your connection and routes it through our servers. We work to keep it fast and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for your own use and for complying with the laws that apply to you. The legality of using a VPN varies by country; that responsibility is yours.
Velox offers a free tier that always reaches the open internet, and an optional paid tier (Velox Turbo) for extra locations, more servers, and ad & tracker blocking. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings — no dark patterns, one-tap cancel.
We may suspend or end access that abuses the service or these terms (for example, the prohibited uses above).
To the extent permitted by law, Velox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
